How This Ride Works (FAQ)

Pre-order means the item is not currently in stock at our HQ. Once your order is placed, we will order it from our supplier on your behalf. Orders are placed with suppliers once a week on Mondays, so any orders placed between Monday-Sunday will be processed together the following Monday. Once your item/s arrive to us, we will ship them directly to you!

Pre-order items vary depending on their arrival window, which is always noted in the product description. Once your item arrives at our HQ, we will ship it to you as quickly as possible and send tracking information. You will be notified every step of the way!

Absolutely! You will receive an email with tracking information the moment your pre-order is packaged and labeled, so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep!

Pre-orders cannot be canceled after purchase, as those items are ordered specifically for you. Once your item arrives, our regular return policy applies for each eligible item. If you have concerns, just reach out to us!

Yes! If you order multiple pre-order items at once, we will hold your order until all items arrive and ship them together. If you prefer faster shipping on individual items as they arrive, we suggest placing multiple orders.

The estimated ship window will always be noted in the product description. Once your item has arrived from our supplier, we will ship it directly to you and send you tracking details right away.

The Rusted Velvet Co. Vault is where we drop our most exclusive, one-time, or vintage-inspired pre-order pieces. Once they sell out, they're gone! If you love something, don't wait.

Limited items are only offered in small quantities and may not ever be restocked. They're designed to be special unique finds for our backroad babes. If you see something you love, grab it before it's gone!

We get it-sometimes the fit isn't right or the vibe changes. Here's the rundown:

• Pre-order items: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• All other items (non pre-order): Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns will be issued as store credit only.
• To start a return, email us at howdy@rustedvelvetco.com with your order number and reason for return.
